Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card via Paypal, direct deposit or money order.
Paypal
If you have selected Paypal as your payment method, you will be forwarded to Paypal and given payment directions as part of the checkout process. You will have the option of paying without registration, registering with Paypal to make payment, or making payment through your existing Paypal account. This payment method is instant and completed at the time of checkout, ensuring the quickest turnaround on your order.
Direct Deposit
If you have selected Direct Deposit as your payment method, our bank details will be displayed at the completion of checkout. These details will also be included on the order receipt, which will be emailed to your registered email address at that time. If funds are not received within 72 hours of order placement, your order may be subject to cancellation.
Money Order
If you have selected Money Order as your payment method, our address details will be displayed at the completion of checkout. These details will also be included on the order receipt, which will be emailed to your registered email address at that time. Please ensure that money orders are made out to Kiti Q and posted promptly. If funds are not received within 5 business days of order placement, your order may be subject to cancellation.
Delivery Details
We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for orders up to $60. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. The $60 threshold must be reached after all discounts have been applied, and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders are sent via Australia Post regular mail. If you would like your order to be sent by registered or express post, please contact us prior to completing checkout and we will arrange this for you.
Orders are usually processed within one business day of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Local Customers
Customers who live in Melbourne are welcome to pick up their order from South Oakleigh. Please note that this is not a shop front, but a business run from home, so please call first to arrange a time to pick up your order. At this point in time, postage will be charged through the website's checkout system regardless of location. However, local customers will receive a cash or Paypal refund with their delivery to offset any postage paid.

Pricing is in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change the prices on this website without notice.
Kiti Q endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible.
Returns and Credits
Please notify us of any errors or damage in your order within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a refund or replacement at that time. If we require that you return items to us, please do so within 21 days.
